Training & Development Wing
The Training & Development Wing is dedicated to building a skilled, disciplined, confident, and leadership-oriented community through structured and continuous training programmes. It will develop and deliver leadership, personality development, communication, management, professional, and organizational skills for youth, office bearers, volunteers, and community members. The Wing will create standardized training modules to strengthen organizational capabilities, efficiency, teamwork, decision-making, and performance. It will encourage continuous learning and exposure to modern knowledge, best practices, and global standards. By nurturing capable individuals and effective leaders, the Wing aims to create a strong pool of trained professionals and volunteers who can contribute effectively to the organization, society, and nation while continuously developing themselves into the best.
Agriculture & Farmers Wing
The Agriculture & Farmers Wing aims to empower farmers by promoting modern, sustainable, organic, technology-driven, and commercially viable agriculture. It will connect farmers with advanced agricultural knowledge, government schemes, technology, financial support, expert guidance, and domestic and international markets. The Wing will facilitate training programmes, workshops, exposure visits, FPOs, cooperatives, and market-linkage initiatives to improve productivity, quality, value addition, and farm incomes. A key focus will be to create strong national and global market linkages, enabling farmers to take their agricultural products beyond local and regional markets and sell them across India and around the world. By connecting farmers with research, technology, buyers, institutions, logistics, and international trade networks, the Wing seeks to build a globally competitive, financially independent, and prosperous farming community.
