Cultural Wing
The Cultural Wing is a distinctive and specialized Wing of Tailik Samaj Association, dedicated to preserving and showcasing the community’s rich cultural heritage, traditions, festivals, and values. It will develop a standardized annual cultural calendar covering key community occasions, commemorations, and celebrations, along with common protocols, themes, formats, and event guidelines to ensure consistency, dignity, creativity, and excellence across regions. By connecting younger generations with our heritage while encouraging progressive thinking and contemporary cultural expression, the Wing aims to build a vibrant, unified, and high-standard cultural identity for the Tailik community.
Religious & Spiritual Wing
The Religious & Spiritual Wing is dedicated to nurturing the community’s spiritual consciousness, values, sanskar, and moral foundation. It will organize meaningful religious and spiritual programmes, satsangs, discourses, meditation, devotional activities, and pilgrimages to sacred places that encourage spiritual awakening, self-reflection, and inner growth. The Wing will facilitate guidance and inspiration through saints, spiritual leaders, and scholars, while promoting ethical living, compassion, self-discipline, family values, social harmony, and service. By making spiritual traditions meaningful and relevant to contemporary life, the Wing aims to strengthen the inner foundation of the Tailik community and inspire balanced, purposeful, and value-driven living.
Membership & Expansion Wing
The Membership & Expansion Wing is dedicated to building a strong, connected, and growing Tailik community network by bringing more members onto a common platform. It will develop a structured membership system and reliable digital database to connect, engage, and communicate with community members effectively. The Wing will focus on expanding the Association’s presence from villages and local communities to district, state, and national levels, ensuring wider participation and representation. Through systematic outreach, membership drives, digital connectivity, and grassroots engagement, it aims to create a unified national network and make every community member an active and valued part of Tailik Samaj Association.
